Wisconsin Badgers head to Rose Bowl

The Wisconsin Badgers are headed to the Rose Bowl once again! In a Big Ten Championship game that had Wisconsin chasing Michigan State for most of the game, the Badgers scored on a seven yard run by Montee Ball late in the fourth quarter. Montee Ball carried the ball 27 times, scoring three touchdowns. Michigan State could not keep the Badgers down, after going up by eight points in the second quarter. The Badgers stayed close, and overtook the Spartans with just under four minutes to play. Wisconsin will face the Oregon Ducks on January 2, 2012. The Ducks last played Wisconsin in 2001.
